Nasama Resort
is situated on Pango Rd on the oceanfront and has private beach access, infinity pool and onsite restaurant Three Pigs.

 

We are currently offering heavily discounted long term rates for stays longer than three months. Contracts will be for an initial three months with an option to renew to a month to month contract. The contract will automatically roll over month to month unless the tenant has given notice of vacating.

 

One month’s security bond will need to be provided and returned at the end of the lease given there are no outstanding payments, damages or items missing.

 

We have the following room types available:

Studio Apartment: 100,000vt/month

One Bedroom Apartment: 150,000vt/month

Two Bedroom Apartment: 200,000vt/month

 

3 MONTHS OR MORE

Studio Apartment: 75,000vt/month

One Bedroom Apartment: 100,000vt/month

Downstairs Two Bedroom Apartment: 140,000vt/month

Upstairs Two Bedroom Apartment: 145,000vt/month

 

These rates are based on the room only.

 

All apartments are fully self-contained including a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and have basic cooking utensils. Two bedroom apartments also include a washing machine.

 

The rate includes water, electricity, gas, BBQ area, private beach, pool, night security, communal or individual laundry depending on the room and rubbish removal.

 

Guests are responsible to provide their own TV subscription and wifi and we recommend purchasing a portable myfi that you can load data on.

 

Extras that can be provided at an additional cost are the following:

 

Linen rental including weekly laundry of linen: 800vt/week for a studio or one bedroom apartment

1,000vt/week for a two bedroom apartment

Housekeeping: 1,200vt/day for single room apartment or 1,600vt/day for two-bedroom apartment.

 

Clothes laundry service can be provided for 800vt/wash which includes wash, dry and fold.

 

Air-Conditioning: 30,000vt/month per air conditioner
